The house was built in 1920 when Forte dei Marmi was a haunt of artists and men of letters who wanted to get away from the hectic city life and seek tranquillity and isolation. Today, after the necessary renovations, the typical Fortemarmina building has retained the same atmosphere of peace and tranquillity, combined with a cosy ambience and all the comforts.

Its strong point is its proximity to the sea and the glamorous life of the Forte: a 4/5 minute walk takes you to the beach club and the centre of the Forte.

Guests can enjoy the private garden, equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, barbecue and sunshade awning. The house, furnished in modern style, consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom without shower, a second double bedroom where it is possible to place a cot for a child, a small single bedroom with access to an outdoor area equipped with an outdoor shower, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with dining table for 6 people, and a living room equipped with TV. Each room has air conditioning (hot/cold) and direct access to the private garden. Equipped with every comfort including safe, wifi, bed linen and towels.
